"Painted Faces" is a personal project made in Source Filmmaker, based on the song by Trickywi, and is the first main project on my current day YouTube channel, but NOT my first project ever. It was my return to making a full animated music video after a small 3D hiatus in 2019. After multiple canceled projects throughout 2020, Painted Faces ended up being the first one I'd complete and release, marking the first main project on my refreshed channel. The animation is intended to be a Christmas Special, although it may not seem like one. It began development on November 5th, 2020, finished on November 17th, and uploaded on December 24th. Years later, it got a complete reimagining as my first full project in Blender, which I now view as the definitive version of the animation; but this iteration remains remembered by me and will not be taken down.
